Hudson Community Foundation

The Hudson Community Foundation exists to preserve and enhance the quality of life for all citizens of Hudson, Ohio now and for generations to come.

Organized as a 501(c)(3) public charity, HCF is dedicated to serving the philanthropic needs of Hudson. We provide our citizens with a tax-wise, simple, inexpensive way to direct their giving to meet their own family goals. Independently, HCF identifies important needs in the community which may be targets of that philanthropy including:

  • Youth Education and Recreation
  • Arts and Culture
  • Hudson Social Services
  • Historical and Environmental Preservation

Helping Others...

HCF’s commitment to Youth Education and Recreation is reflected by donations to Hudson Community First in the amount of $2,500. Community First provides intergenerational support and values development for Hudson youth through three 2009 programs. They are Character Building Month (February), Ready, Set, Relax (March), and Take a Second Make a Difference Month (October.)

Hudson Community Foundation returns every dollar donated  community causes through its Grants Committee. The Hudson Community Foundation, a non-profit organization with the mission of “enriching Hudson forever.”  HCF directs all donations to four areas: Environmental and Historical Preservation, Youth Education and Recreation, Arts and Culture, and Hudson Social Services.
